
Pakistani-Style Beef Seekh Kebabs
A single portion of Pakistani cooking, ready in 18 minutes with 9 minutes of prep. Written for one, so there is nothing to halve and nothing to waste. It brings some heat.
Method

Mix the beef mince with the cumin, chilli flakes and garlic, and shape into two long kebabs.

Fry or griddle over medium-high heat for 8–9 minutes, turning, until cooked through.

Warm the flatbread.

Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Serve the kebabs in the flatbread with a dollop of yoghurt.
