Method

    Fry the onion and beef mince in a splash of oil over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes, breaking up the mince, until browned.

    Stir in the cumin, chilli flakes and raisins, and cook for 2 minutes more.

    Warm the flatbread.

    Taste and adjust the seasoning.

    Serve the spiced beef spooned over the flatbread.
