If Pro is not for you, you can have your money back.
14-day refunds
Email [email protected] within 14 days of any payment, whether your first or a renewal, and you will get a full refund for that payment, no questions asked. Please email from the address you signed up with, or include it. Pro is switched off when the refund is made.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments are not normally refunded, but you can cancel at any time so your subscription does not renew. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. If something has gone wrong, such as being charged twice or Pro not working, email me and it will be put right.
How refunds are paid
Website purchases are refunded through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Purchases made in the Android app are refunded through Google Play: you can request one from Google Play directly, or email me and I will help.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here affects those rights.
