Chicken Shawarma Flatbread

Method

    Slice the chicken into strips and toss with the cumin, cinnamon, paprika, a pinch of salt and the olive oil.

    Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

    Meanwhile, thinly slice the red onion and warm the flatbread.

    Spread the tzatziki over the flatbread, top with the spiced chicken and red onion, then fold or roll to serve.
